At Crumbs & Frost Ltd. , we take pride in the quality of our food, cakes, and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on food or baked goods once they have been picked up or delivered, except in the following situations:

The product was damaged during delivery.

An incorrect item was delivered.

The product did not match the order specifications (e.g., flavor, design, or size).
2. How to Request a Refund
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Provide the following information:

3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

A partial or full refund to your original method of payment

A replacement item (subject to availability and delivery options)
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Custom Orders & Cakes
All custom cake and large catering orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Full refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
